  • Cut off sugar and salt from your diet

Once you become a blood pressure patient it will be very difficult to maintain your health. Reduce your salt intake to 5grams per day. On the other hand, sugar increases weight and affects the tooth directly. If possible try not to take extra sugar in your diet.

  • Start morning walk daily

Walking is extremely important for our health. It helps to get rid of almost all diseases. Walking barefoot on grass is very useful for health. Brisk running in the morning helps to keep, your heart healthy. Although there is fresh air in the morning. You must inhale the fresh air for healthy lungs. After all, you are going to inhale polluted air all day long at your workplace or in traffic. 

  • Say yes to outdoor games

If you are not a morning person then say yes to outdoor games. It also helps to stay fit throughout your lifetime. Play games like badminton. It helps to burn calories also. You will remain in shape if you play outdoor games. Moreover, your lungs capacity will also increase.

For example fruits, nuts, eggs, milk, meat, dry fruits, etc. Also, there are fixed times to eat particular food items. For example, fruits are good in the morning, dry fruits are good in the afternoon and meat is good for lunch.
